Escape Room Co. is searching for dynamic, imaginative, and dependable team members to join our ranks as Travel Guides — the first faces our guests see when they embark on their journey through time, space, and story. We’re looking for people who love engaging with others, thrive under pressure, and can blend theatrical flair with practical problem-solving.

Basic Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old*

• Flexible availability on evenings and weekends (All employees are required to work Saturdays or Friday and Sunday)

• Reliable transportation to and from our Ephrata location

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Comfort with light acting, hosting, or storytelling (no Broadway résumé required — just a willingness to play along)

• Attention to detail, with the ability to follow safety and operational procedures
