How long does each game last? Each game typically lasts 60 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes early for a briefing and to ensure you start on time.

Booking and Payments

How do I book a game? You can book a game through our website's Booking page or by calling us directly. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability is not guaranteed.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and online payments through our booking system. Payments can also be made in person with cash or card.

Do I need to book in advance? Booking in advance is highly recommended to ensure you get your preferred time slot, especially on weekends and holidays.

Can I change or cancel my booking? Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Please contact us directly to make changes.

Age and Group Size

How many people can play at once? Each room can accommodate 2-8 players. Larger groups can be split into multiple rooms and compete against each other.

Gameplay

What should I bring to the escape room? Just bring yourself and your team! All necessary materials and clues are provided in the room. Comfortable clothing is recommended.

Can I bring my phone or other devices into the room? We ask that you do not use phones or other electronic devices during the game to maintain the immersive experience and fairness. Lockers are available to store your belongings.

What if we get stuck on a puzzle? Our game masters are always monitoring the game and can provide hints if you need help. Just ask!

Is the escape room scary? Our rooms are designed to be thrilling and challenging, but not scary. Each theme varies, so check the room description for more details.

Safety and Accessibility

Are the rooms safe? Yes, your safety is our top priority. All rooms are checked every morning prior to opening and are inspected for safety concerns. All rooms are also equipped with emergency exits, and game masters are always monitoring the games.

Are the rooms wheelchair accessible? Some of our rooms are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us in advance to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

What COVID-19 safety measures are in place? We follow all local health guidelines, including regular sanitization of rooms and props, providing hand sanitizer, and ensuring social distancing. Masks are optional but recommended.
